Naturals Beauty Salon India Private Limited - Complaint on naturals

I have visited the branch for eye brow threading and also i have asked the employee for facial hair removal . I was just asking for the options to remove facial hair they told me two options razor and threading in face. As threadung said as painful i requested for raxor removal on face i was shocked they dont have facial razor they got a razor which they use for mens to shave the beard . I asked them for the facial razor they doesnt have it in that branch they said. They have given the kit to other branch they informed . And then i clearly asked whether they use that steel men's razor they use on face and they said in a cool manner all are razors no other difference. Again i confirmed whether she has used that razor in face i was asking again and again she answered in a cool manner yes. She has not even used the moisturizer properly on face which i have asked twice for applying moisturizer it was paining i said. Without any responds and she was cool in her work which made me really disappointment.
And in a point she made scar without using moisturiser properly .she was very cool using that steel mens razor on my dry face .
