Vamoose misty malnad homestay - Complaint on booking of accommodation
Santosh Kumar Sethumadhavan filed complaint against Vamoose misty malnad homestay on Oct 11, 2021
After booking accommodation and receipt of confirmation from booking.com, the property authorities called me and told that though booking.com had confirmed about booking of accommodation, in reality there is no vacancy available for the date of my booking. In such an event, if I cancel from my end, then it will be charged on me. Hotel authority has clearly specified that there is no vacancy and I need not travel. My Booking details are as below:
