My G Edappally - Complaint of new purchased phone

I have purchased Redmi *A on **-**-** from MY G Edappally, from the second day the power switch is not working, i reached retailer & they switch it on, after one day it repeats the complaint again, i reached retailer again and they did not do anything, they advised to reach MI service centre at palarivattom, when i reched there they said that i need to take appointment for the service. Am totally dissappointed, i did not use the phone even a single day. I cannot reach within * days, as the retailer was in containment zone & lock down issues. I booked appointment online, the appintment is fixed to *nd Aug **, that means * weeks after booked date. I reached on that day and submit phone there. After one day i got the phone return. After that it got another issue, front camera is not working. i contact my g showroom, they told that thay cannot do anything, so i decided to file a complaint in consumer court.
