Apolo pharmacy store - Complaint of improper and rude behavior by your representative of SFS Mansarovar society

Subject: - Improper behavior Complaint against Apolo Pharmacy store at SFS,Mansarovar, Jaipur.

Yesterday morning I ordered following medicines i.e.on **.**.** at Apolo pharmacy ,SFS, Mansarovar :-
*.Tab. Bilambic -* strips
*.Teczine **mg - ** tab
*.Scabpil lotion - * tubes.
Today l.e. on **.**.**, afternoon I again added and ordered further following medicine :-
*. Tab. Dexodil SR -** nos.

In the evening at *.**PM I sent scanned copy of Scabpil lotion to get same medicine and called on Apolo ph. Mobile informing that please check the same in WhatsUp. Your representative informed that my voice is not clear and told he will call. I waited for *-* minutes when he did not call, I called on other Apolo pharmacy no. This time voice was quite clear. I repeated and spoken that to check the WhatsUp. From his side he told that your medicine you will get after Monday. I told all medicines are very urgent try for tomorrow. But your representative harshly replied "I told you ask on Monday only, and he told, aap kyo pakad ke beth Gaye " and he abruptly disconnected the phone. Than I tried *-* times , but he didn't respond. As I was not satisfied by his reply, so I went to Apolo store immediately. There same person to whom I meet in the afternoon was not there and * other representatives were there and on counter man I asked I am in urgent need and you abruptly disconnected the phone and not picking the phone . He again repeated harshly I told you and why you are ringing again and again. I told that I am Sr.citizen and all residents here **-** % are Sr. Citizens. I asked his name, he replied that Deepak is his name. I told him Deepak it is not in good test you are dealing with customers, specially Sr. Citizens like this. I am member of resident Dev. Society. He told reluctantly " you do what ever you want when I told enquire not before Monday. " I was stunned with his rude behavior and improper dealing.
Than I went to other local medical store immediately and easily got all above medicines. It was my mistake to approach your Apolo pharmacy store.

It is my moral duty, I request Apolo pharmacy management to look in to the matter. Such bad dealing and improper response is not expected with such reputed SFS residents society of Jaipur.
