I bought a videocon LED TV ** INCH from Lulu international, edapappy, kochi. It is said that the TV has three years warranty. Before one year from purchase the TV vertical lines appearing in the screen of the TV. We filed a complaint. As per our complaint a service men came and checked the
TV and said that the panel is complaint. They said they have no stock at present and it will come only after two months. But add after two months also no response. So we went to Lulu and told our problem. From them we came to know that videcon company is closed. We dont know what to do. Kindly help.
