Philips Agencies Pvt Ltd - Complaint not getting resolved

Purchased Philips heated hair straightening brush (Product code BHH***/**) from Nykaa Shopping Platform on **th of July ****.
After using it for some time it suddenly stopped working.
Because the product is having * years of warranty and it is still under warranty period I have raised one complaint for the same on **th of May ****
After that I have chased the complaint multiple times, every time they say that the exchange for the product has been initiated and also, it has been escalated with higher priority but nothing has been done yet.
Now its been more than a month I haven't got any resolution from Philips.
I have dropped mail as well but got no response from them.
