Dear Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent booking with Vee Vee Bus Service.
Journey Time: **:** AM
Boarding Point: Latha Steel House Stopping, Puducherry
Drop Point: Koyambedu Bus Stop, Chennai
Seat No: Sleeper – L*
Despite the payment being successfully deducted, I did not receive any confirmation via SMS, email, or phone call. I made multiple attempts to reach your customer support team, but calls were either not answered or numbers were switched off. I finally managed to reach someone at **:** AM via **********, who then shared the driver's contact number.
Upon contacting the driver (**********) at **:** AM, I was shocked to learn that the bus was still in Ulundurpet and expected to reach only by **:** AM — a delay of *.* hours. No one proactively informed me of this delay, and I only received updates after persistent chasing from my end. Furthermore, when I attempted to contact the transport team again, my calls went unanswered.
This level of miscommunication, delay, and negligence is unacceptable. Adding to this, the driver appeared extremely sleepy, raising safety concerns, and I am attaching the audio as evidence. Screenshots of my booking and attempts to contact are also attached.
I am now unable to cancel my ticket and demand a full refund immediately. Please treat this matter with urgency and confirm the refund process at the earliest.
