I have logged a complaint against no service. I am waiting from last ** days for an engineer visit to resolve my issues but till now I have not received any response or call. I called around *** times in Videocon d*h customer care for a status update but till now I have not received any proper response. I am really frustrated and disappointed. Please take action against Videocon d*h.
I received below message:
Your Complaint No. ********* for Customer ID ********* has been registered and will get resolved till Tuesday, April **, ****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
