Hathway internet provider - Complaint letter against the fraud

I would like to draw your kind attention to the incidents that happens with me on ** may **** . I received a call from a person who was say I am from Hathway department as my wifi plan was ended .
I have faith fully make payment to him through Paytm but till today my wifi plan is didn't activated and no responsible from there side so I request you to please take this matter seriously so that my hard work money will recover fastly.
