Anshul Chaudhary filed complaint against Yezdi Motorcycles on Nov 6, 2025
I am raising this complaint against Yezdi (Classic Legends Pvt. Ltd.) and their authorized service center for their extremely poor service and lack of spare parts availability.
It has been almost a month since my Yezdi Roadster stopped starting. I took the bike to the authorized service center, and they informed me that the *-in-* sensor was faulty. I immediately requested them to replace it, but they said the part was not available.
Since then, my bike has completely stopped working and had to be towed to the service center, where it has been lying unused. Every time I ask for an update, I am told that the part has been ordered, but no one provides a definite timeline or proper communication.
I even raised a complaint with Yezdi Customer Care, but even after repeated follow-ups, no action has been taken and my issue remains unresolved. The company and its service centers show no concern for customer inconvenience.
It is unacceptable that a brand-new motorcycle part like a *-in-* sensor is not available for over a month. Yezdi should have arranged to send the part from their central warehouse or dispatched it via courier, but there has been no effort from their side.
Due to this negligence, my bike has been at the service center for over a month, and I am unable to use it. This has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
