Paisa bazaar - Complaint for showing wrong cibil score

I checked my cibil score on Paisabazaar and it was showing me *** as soon as I refreshed it ,it came down to *** , how is it possible that it will drop *** points just in one sec ,when I have paid all my bills on time , after that I checked on the cibil website and it shows my cibil score is *** , due to Paisabazaar I have suffered mentally and my blood pressure also increased , I would have got a cardiac arrest or brain stroke due to them and when I mailed them numerous time , they called on ** sep after * days , just imagine how casual they are and instead of apologizing they are putting blame on cibil , but how is cibil responsible for their mistake , earlier also they had committed the same mistake with another customer and he also had complained on voxya , I will attach all the proofs so that you guys can look into it
