I am sharing my story because I am very happy with Zuno General Insurance and very sad with my old insurance company. My car insurance was going to finish on **th June ****. Last year I took policy from other company (I don’t want to say name). But this year, when I tried to renew, I call customer care many time, no one pick. Day time also, night time also, no reply. I send email also, still no answer. I got very worried, I don't know what to do.

Then I remember I had saved one number of Zuno Insurance from long back. It was late, almost ** o'clock night, but I still called. That time one Zuno person picked phone. He spoke very nice. He said “Dada don’t worry, I help you step by step.” He explain me everything slow slow — what document I need, which policy is good, and what not needed. He said if I remove some cover, I can save some money also. I feel very relaxed.

He help me full process in phone only. I did online payment with his help and policy come same time. It was not Zuno’s duty to help because my old policy was from other company. Still he helped me like I am his own customer. Rate was also better than old company and cover also more. I ask many small small question and he answer everything. At ** PM night someone helping like this — I was very surprised.

So I want to say big thank you to Zuno and big complain to my old insurance company. They not help even one time. But Zuno helped full. Now I take Zuno only for my car, and I tell all my friends also. Thank you to that Zuno Dada who helped me that night. God bless you.
