Holiday Iq And Splendid Tours - complaint for not refunding money

hi,
I have made the payment of Rs ****** to splendid tours(holiday iq agent)for kashmir package trip for * people for flight +tour pakage, booking no D*******.
the travel agent of holiady iq (splendid tours) reeived Rs **,*** on **/**/**** for package booking from me via axis bank net banking+
he received Rs ***** for additional booking for extra one person on **/**/****+
he received Rs ***** from me via net banking, stating that there was land package cost surplus on **/**/****.
i registered complaints to holiday iq several times against splendid tours for not booking kashmir pakage nor refund of my money.
splendid tour during the email chart confirmed me to make last payment of Rs *****, for re swifting the kashmir tour to ladakh tour.

i request to book a complaint against chief executive officer hari nair and rakesh bose deputy general manager of holiday iq and splendid tours for not booking my tour package nor refunded money since ** days
