Reliance Retail Ltd - Complaint for not getting service from LYF mobile

Complaint:
I brought my LYF Water ** from the above mentioned saler through online on dated **th Nov **** which was started on dated **rd Nov ****.
I was activated as the said extended warranty for * years. So till date my mobile is under warranty. A problem was created before *-* months the mobile was over heated and sometime the power was drop even if it is full charge also suddenly it was switch off.
On dated **/**/**** which I was a phone call then suddenly it has switched off. Then I went to the nearest service center at Sukantala Road of Agartala, Tripura.
I filed my details of information through information slip and handover my mobile the officials of the service center at **.** pm. That time my mobile was without any kind of physical damage.
But while returning my mobile by the same officials said that your mobile can not come under warranty the total estimated cost will come Rs. ****.** which is near about a cost of a new mobile set. They said that the mobile is dead, it is bend and physically damage. By force they also have taken my signature in the Job Sheet by saying that without your signature your mobile can not be return to you it is the rule over here.
There after I have signed and have taken my mobile set and copy of the job sheet and copy of custumar information sleep.
So I am requesting you to help me to get justice in this case.
