Champions Pvt Tuitions - Complaint for NonDelivery of Promised Services Request for Refund Of fee

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Champions Pvt. Tuitions, located at SV Road, Santacruz West, for failure to deliver the services promised in their course offerings. I am seeking a refund of the fees paid due to non-performance, poor teaching methods, and undue stress caused to my child by the classes.

Facts of the Case:
*. I enrolled my child, Enos David, a student of grade *, in Champions Pvt. Tuitions for coaching classes for AY ****-**. The total fee of ₹**,*** was paid in advance on **- Jan-****, as demanded by the coaching center.
*. The coaching center promised comprehensive learning and improvement in my child’s academic performance. However, after attending the classes, my child’s performance in Unit Test and Term * was poor, showing that the quality of teaching was far below expectations.
*. The coaching center's approach to teaching relies heavily on rote learning and lacks professional educators. Further, it is inappropriate that my child was given rote learning to a **th grade student studying in the same coaching classes which demonstrates the coaching classes laid back approach in deliver promised services.
*. Later, on enquiry I have also received feedback from past students about the poor teaching methods and the overall ineffective approach to learning at the coaching center. It was clearly evident that my child was not benefiting from this method.
*. In Term *, I informed the center that I wished to discontinue my child’s classes due to these issues and requested a refund of the fees paid, as my child was experiencing undue stress due to the approach used by the instructors.
*. The coaching center, however, refused to refund the fees and insisted that my child continue with the classes, despite my clear objections based on the negative impact on my child’s well-being and academic progress.

Grounds for Complaint:
*. **Non-Delivery of Promised Services:** The coaching center failed to provide the quality of education it promised during the enrollment process. Instead of providing relevant and grade-appropriate lessons, the coaching method was substandard and did not match the needs of my child.
