I purchased clothes from Vmart Online shopping website at at **th dec,i wanted to return it ,the website was showing * options ,to pickup from home or to drop at store. I choose drop at nearby store as there was some credit points given to it. But when i visited the store the staff members and the manager(Ranchi , ratu road )of the offline stores were so rude to me .
If Vmart cant provide the services which they claim , then why are they misleading the customers.

After complete my bill they asked me about the carry bag and charge for it. Why carry bag is chargeable when his company name is mentioned on the carry bag.
