Aavas Financries - Complaint for misbehavior and mental agony by collection agent

Sir we took loan from Aavas financiers ( formally known as AU home finance) my loan number is LNJAR*****-*********. Sir i file misbehaving complaint to bank and even on NCH my Grievance Number: *******

But there no action company taken for misbehaving by Mr. abhimanyu and he is still Harrassing us and for which he said that bank give a legal demand notice to him and give permission to agent to do such Harrassing things which are as follows :-

*. Shouting at front of neighbors even talk violently over the call
*. Threatens by name of demand notice and executive always keep copy of that and fill when ever they want because bank give them that right
*. Standing at front of home more then **min like we did some crime
*. Calling and poking even after *PM
*. Always comes in multiple numbers min. * and treat us like we make crime by not pay emi on time
