Redmi India - Complaint Compensation Request RedmiBook 15 Pro Service Request Closed Without Resolution

Dear Xiaomi India Support,

I am writing to formally complain about the closure of my service request WOIN************** without resolving the issue on my RedmiBook ** Pro.

My laptop’s inbuilt webcam is not working, and as instructed I visited the authorized service center in Kanpur. I was informed that the product is End of Life and spare parts are not available. Despite no repair or solution being provided, my service request has been closed, which is unacceptable.

A *-year-old laptop becoming unserviceable due to unavailable spare parts reflects a serious gap in after-sales support.

I request Xiaomi India to provide a proper resolution or suitable compensation for this unresolved issue.
