I have placed the order on *rd Jan which is to be delivered on *th Jan between *AM to ** PM. But there was no response after multiple emails forwarded to them. No response from customer care too.. so dissapointed. I want my refund. It jst spoiled my day. It was for birthday surprise. A cake and a bunch of Roses. Worst experience ever.
