I purchased a Kinsco Aqua Punch water purifier from Amazon, which stopped working within three months. Despite being under warranty, I was charged ₹*** for repairs. After repair, the water quality worsened with rust, odd taste, and visible contamination. A local technician confirmed severe manufacturing defects, including rusted screws, damaged tank, and non-food-grade materials. Upon discussion with the company, they agreed to replace the damaged part but asked me to pay ₹*** for postal charges. I also had to pay ₹*,*** to the technician for installation. Even after these payments, the product remains defective. The company refused to take further responsibility and demanded additional money. This has caused serious inconvenience, financial loss, and health concerns. I seek a full refund and compensation for mental harassment.
