Mrf company - Complaint aginst MRF COMPANY FOR THE MRF TYRE

I purchased a HERO GLAMOUR IN THE month of April **** and within a short span of time . The rear tyre of the bike create problem for me. It get torn out within one and half year having drive *****km. I complaint to the Hero company and lastly they provide me the replacement letter of MRF TYRE and after receiving the letter. I approached to the local dealer of MRF company. But all invain. After that i approached the state executive of the company ha ing name sajid.. he also giving lollypop assurance. Afterthat two more executive of the company contacted me.. but the attitude of all the executive are same. I m too much harrased by this exercise by executives..
At the last i have to go for CONSUMER COURT TO GET MY RIGHT..
I HAVE ALL BILL, REPLACEMENT LETTER BUT NO ASSURANCE . ,NO REPLACEMENT
