GOLIFE vacation pvt ltd - complaint againts GOLIFE vacation pvt ltd

I and my Husband we had visited lonavala on **th-**th July.
On **th July we were leaving back for Pune and while leaving a guy caught us and forcefully handed us some scratch coupons
though we were not interested. My husband even got aggressive at that person that why is he forcing us to take something which we are not interested in.
He started giving us all the emotional reasons and started crying in front of us and said that his livelihood is dependent on whether we attent the seminar
or not.
We got tricked emotionally and we thought what is the harm in just scratching
the coupon. My husband's coupon was empty but in my coupon i got Free *N/*D stay in **/** resorts of our choice.
The guy distributing the coupon said that we will need to attend a ** mins presentation and then we can redeem this coupon
at any point of time within a year. We did not have that much time and so we asked the person that we are not
interested in this free coupon and we would want to leave. However again he started emotional blackmailing and we decided that fine we will atleast attend the seminar which was in
Jewel Resort Lonavala.

Seminar was given to us by Anand singh from GO-LIFE Vacation company. They provided us with all the details related to their company and different types of packages.
This company says that they provide membership to their customers using which they can take trips and this membership provides the
accomodation during our trip period. So we got very excited because we were already planning a trip to Sikkim during
September month. They provided us with a ** days package for **K + Annual Maintenance charge ~ **k per trip which we can use for next * yrs. As per the TnC* we can take
a trip after completion of **% of payment so we paid **k and we left for Pune.

After coming back home we went through the reviews of the company and there is not a single positive feedback about them on google

We were worried but still we had trust on Anand Singh that the person cannot be fraud, he seemed extremely genuine and honest.

We got tricked by all his small talks, he even gave us all fake promises and committments and tried to convince us emotionally
by giving examples of his family and sister who had also taken this membership. They even showed us all photos and receipts of thier other customers
who might have also fallen into the trap like us. Luckily we just paid **k however there were other people who had paid in lacks of Rupees. I really feel sorry for them.
We work hard to earn money and then there are such people who just take advantage of our innocence.

Now its been more than * weeks but we still havent received a single call/email from them with the package details.
The customer care team does not even answer the calls and emails.

Its a fraud company and everyone related to it is fraud. I request everyone to please never fall for such traps.
Its a big big big SCAMM!!!!!
