Zudio Sky Gateway Waghodia Road - Complaint Against Zudio for Product Return Refusal and Bad Behaviour

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at Zudio. I visited your store for a product return, but I was very disappointed with the behaviour of the staff and the way the situation was handled.

The staff members behaved very rudely and did not communicate properly. Instead of helping respectfully, they spoke in an unprofessional manner and did not provide proper support regarding the return process. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed as a customer.

I request you to please look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action so that customers are treated respectfully in the future.
