I want to file a formal complaint regarding the WinZo app, an online gaming platform, which I believe has been engaging in fraudulent practices that have resulted in substantial financial losses. Between October **** and March ****, I have suffered a financial loss of approximately ₹*,***,*** (** lakhs) due to manipulative tactics employed by the platform.
I believe WinZo uses automated bots and algorithms to manipulate game outcomes, ensuring that genuine players, like myself, are unable to win. As a result, the platform retains the majority of the money, leaving players at a significant disadvantage. I have come to realize, too late, that the app is fraudulent, and I am seeking legal intervention to protect other consumers from falling victim to the same exploitation.
I have attached the relevant bank statements from October **** to March **** that detail the transactions related to WinZo, which I request you to review. These documents provide clear evidence of the financial losses incurred.
Furthermore, I urge you to take action against WinZo to seek a refund for the substantial amount I have lost, and to ensure that no other consumers face similar exploitation. I have also found that I am not the only one experiencing these issues, as evidenced by numerous complaints from other users.
