Virendrasing Dilipsing Girase filed complaint against Wealth Waves Services on Jul 9, 2025
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Virendra Girase, am writing this letter to lodge a formal and serious grievance against a company operating under the name Wealth Wave Services, which claims to assist entrepreneurs and individuals in securing business loans from nationalized banks. I am a resident of Maharashtra and had approached this company with the intention of availing professional services for loan approval and disbursement to support my business setup. However, what followed was a deeply disappointing and distressing experience that has left me cheated, financially harmed, and mentally harassed.
Background of the Issue
In May ****, I came into contact with representatives of Wealth Wave Services Ahmedabad ( attached detail address) through online channels and follow-up calls. Their executives, Ms. Vaishali and Mr. Mitesh, approached me with an appealing proposal — they assured me that their company would provide end-to-end assistance in securing a loan from a nationalized bank for the purpose of starting my new business. The package, as explained by them, included everything from the preparation of the business project report, documentation support, application filing, follow-up with the bank, and finally ensuring the credit of the loan amount into my bank account.
I was initially hesitant, but due to their repeated and persuasive follow-ups, I started believing in their promises. They called me multiple times on a daily basis to explain their service and build trust. Their communication was very smooth and convincing, and they were prompt in replying before the payment. Based on this assurance, I agreed to proceed and made an advance payment of Rs. **,*** via PhonePe to the account number they provided. I have attached the payment receipt to this complaint as evidence.
Post-Payment Experience
After the payment was completed, the behavior and communication from Wealth Wave Services completely changed. Ms. Vaishali, who was previously active and regularly in touch with me, stopped responding to my calls and messages. I tried contacting her repeatedly for several days but did not get any reply.
When I failed to reach her, I contacted Mr. Mitesh, who had also been involved in the initial communication. He informed me that he would ask Vaishali to return my call. However, even after repeated follow-ups, there was no call or message from Vaishali. Later, Mr. Mitesh too started ignoring my calls and finally told me bluntly not to call him anymore. At this point, I became extremely concerned and started feeling that I had been scammed.
In desperation, I tried to escalate the matter to someone senior in the company. I managed to find the contact number of Mr. Jay Parmar, who was introduced to me as the director of Wealth Wave Services. I called him and explained the situation, but he immediately cut the call and sent me a message saying to call him the next day. As advised, I called again the next day, but he did not respond.
When I finally sent him an email stating that I would approach the Consumer Forum to file a formal complaint, Mr. Jay Parmar responded by sharing the contact number of one Mr. Vaibhav, claiming that he would handle my case. I immediately contacted Mr. Vaibhav, but once again, the same pattern repeated. He answered the first call and told me to contact him again at *:** PM on **-**-****. I called him at the scheduled time, but he neither picked up nor returned my call. When I tried calling again later, he started ignoring my calls altogether.
I sent a final follow-up message to Mr. Jay Parmar, but I have not received any reply from him either. It is now clear to me that this company is deliberately misleading customers, taking their money under false promises, and then not delivering any service. The behavior of all these representatives — Vaishali, Mitesh, Vaibhav, and Jay Parmar — has been unprofessional, unethical, and fraudulent.
Impact on Me as a Customer
This experience has not only caused me a financial loss of Rs. **,***, but it has also wasted my precious time and caused me mental distress. I trusted this company in good faith, based on their repeated assurances and documentation. I had hoped to receive genuine support to launch my business. Instead, I was misled, ignored, and treated in a manner that no customer deserves.
This company’s behavior is not just an example of poor service — it is a classic case of fraud and cheating. Their systematic avoidance after receiving payment indicates clear intent to deceive. I am not the only victim, and if such actions go unchecked, they may continue to scam many more innocent people.
My Requests to Your Esteemed Office
In light of the above circumstances, I respectfully request you to:
*. Take strict and immediate legal action against Wealth Wave Services and its representatives — Ms. Vaishali, Mr. Mitesh, Mr. Vaibhav, and Mr. Jay Parmar — for fraud, breach of trust, and unethical business practices.
*. Help me recover the full amount of Rs. **,***, which I paid in good faith for a service that was never delivered.
*. Conduct an investigation into the company’s operations to identify if there are other victims like me and prevent this company from continuing such fraudulent activities in the future.
*. Issue any directives or necessary legal notices to the company to appear before the grievance redressal authority or consumer court to answer for their misconduct.

It is extremely disheartening that as a genuine and hardworking individual trying to start a business, I had to face such treatment from a company that claimed to provide support.
I hope that justice will be served and my complaint will be resolved promptly.
