United India Insurance co ltd - Complaint against unjust claim rejection

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally submit my complaint against the unjust repudiation of my motor insurance claim by United India Insurance Co. Ltd., related to my vehicle Tata Harrier (Reg. No. HR**A****), under Policy No. **********P*********.

The said vehicle met with an accident on ** March ****, and I had immediately informed the insurance company on the same day. However, despite proper intimation, submission of an FIR (DDR No. ***), a notarized affidavit, and full cooperation, my claim was denied on grounds that are incorrect and unsubstantiated—specifically alleging:
- A **-day delay in reporting (which is false),
- Misrepresentation of facts,
- No third-party vehicle evidence.

To support my grievance, I am attaching the following documents:

*. *Main Complaint File* – including complaint letter, repudiation letter, affidavit, FIR, ID proofs, and statement.
*. *Vehicle Damage Photos* – photos of my Tata Harrier after the accident.
*. *Supplementary Evidence* – photos of the third-party vehicle (Scorpio) involved in the same accident.

I respectfully request your kind intervention to investigate this matter and direct the insurer to settle my rightful claim. I remain available for any further clarification or hearing as required.
