Sri balaji college mahavidyalaya jaipur rajasthan - Complaint against unauthorized extra fees for Manthan Programme charged by Sri Balaji College Mahavi

I am a student of Sri Balaji College Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, which is affiliated with the University of Rajasthan.
The college administration has been collecting extra fees for a programme named “Manthan Programme”, which is not mentioned in the approved fee structure prescribed by the University or the regulatory body. Students are being compelled to pay this amount, and no official circular, approval, or justification for this additional charge has been provided.


As per the UGC (Fees and Refund) Regulations, ****, no higher education institution is permitted to demand any fee other than what is approved by the affiliating university or regulatory authority. Hence, this act is a clear violation of the rules.
I therefore request your kind office to:

*. Investigate the matter and verify whether the Manthan Programme fees are officially approved.

*. Take necessary action against the college administration if the collection is unauthorized.

*. Direct the college to refund the extra amount charged to students.

I am attaching a copy of the fee receipt (if required) and relevant details for your reference.
And also i don't attend that function also
