Eagle Travel World - Complaint against Travel agent Eagle Travel World

I have booked a tour package with the EAGLE TRAVEL WORLD and done advance payment of Rs ***** on *rd oct ****.

I spoke with Executive Dimple and Mr. Sharma.
Both were constantly following up to do payment and close the deal at the earliest.
Mr Sharma had initially shared the personal QR code of Dimple to do the UPI Payment but I denied that and asked for company bank details for the payment. Later he provided the above mentioned bank details and I did the payment. I have not received any invoice/receipt/ hotel confirmation after I have done the payment.
Next day morning I called Mr Sharma asking for hotel confirmation. He said once he reach office by **.** pm he will share all details on email. I did not get any email. I called him again and he said by *.** pm after the gets confirmation from hotel he will share all the details.
In evening around * pm, I just received email stating my name number and email with incorrect travel dates and * star hotel category. I have booked super deluxe hotel with * star category. I was constantly following up with them to give me hotel confirmation but I did not get it. Later he gave me this number ********** and asked me to speak with Mr Suraj. He even did not pick up my call multiple times. When tried calling Dimple, she very arrogantly said that you have closed the deal with Mr Sharma and he will only guide you but he is not answering the call.
These guys have also stopped answering the calls. None of the numbers mentioned on the tour package are working. I asked for refund, he replied within ** days refund aa jayega. I need my hard earned money. I need refund of Rs *****. Those travel agent are fraud. After * days of constant follow up, there is no hotel confirmation, no payment receipt generated.
