Subject: Complaint Against Thrillophilia for Non-Delivery of Services, Misleading Information, and Lack of Customer Support
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Thrillophilia regarding a booking I made for a trip to Dubai for * adults on January **, ****, under booking ID BKDLTRKIFMQ.
Issue:
When I made the payment for the trip, I explicitly confirmed with your salesperson, Shweta Gujrati (shwetag@thrillophilia.com), that I would be able to modify the itinerary after the booking was made. She assured me that changes would be possible and that the itinerary could be adjusted as per my needs.
However, despite numerous follow-ups starting from October **, ****, no changes have been made to my itinerary. My original itinerary is still showing in my account, and I have received no substantive response from the company. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, as I expected my itinerary to be finalized before my second installment payment, which is due shortly.
This level of service is not only disappointing but also misleading. As a frequent traveler, I have dealt with numerous travel agencies, and the lack of support, transparency, and communication in this case is unparalleled. I have raised multiple support tickets (Ticket ID: CSTUFC**ORJEJJIX), but I have yet to receive a response from Thrillophilia.
Demand for Resolution:
Given the circumstances, I feel completely misled and regret booking my trip through Thrillophilia. I have already paid INR ***** for this trip, and at this point, I am uncertain whether I can trust the company to fulfill its obligations.
If this is not possible, I demand a full refund of the amount I have paid, as I am no longer willing to proceed with this booking under these circumstances.
