We had book TATA Altroz XT (Midtown Grey) model from Fortune Cars Pvt. Ltd. (Nerul-Navi Mumbai) On *th Jan ****. The representative Mr. Ramesh & his manager Mr. Vasim has given fake commitment while booking the vehicle as they will deliver the Car by **th Feb ****. Having said that TATA motors have a waiting period for this car around *-* weeks. Every week their fake executives gives a reason that the car is on the way but can’t commit the exact date or week. Customer has follow up for their booking as their executives are least bothered or unprofessional while dealing with their customers.
Now its been more than * weeks already passed and there is no sign of allocation the car to us.
What kind of commitment is this towards their customers. TATA is making better vehicles now however they have a poor sales managements and dealers who is spoiling the brand name.
Due to this fake commitment I had waited for almost * months for my vehicle. Rather than waiting for such long period I could have booked a different brand vehicle in this period.
Now every brand cars prices has already spiked up from March ** for which we need to put extra money from our pocket. Kindly take the necessary action against Fortune car dealer and they have to pay for this kind of fake commitments.
