Stanaza Living Colive PG Springbok House - Complaint against Stanza Living PG for Unfair Trade Practice and NonRefund of Security Deposit

I have been a resident of Stanza Living Springbok House for the past * years. My current *-month contract was set to end on July *, ****.On April **, ****, I formally notified the management (via email and the Residence Captain) of my intent to vacate the premises by May *, ****.Despite my **-day prior notice and *-year tenure, the management is demanding an arbitrary penalty of * months' rent and refusing to initiate the refund of my ₹**,*** security deposit.The management has ignored my formal email sent on April **,**** and is currently unreachable via phone or WhatsApp. Demanding a penalty not explicitly justified by the actual loss (especially when occupancy inquiries are regular) constitutes an unfair trade practice.
