My order AWB number is R**********MSR which is a damaged and used product, I have made an unbox video of it and I am returning the same product which came, but the delivery partner Rahul Kushwaha mobile number ********** is refusing to pick up the product and is saying that I will return the order only if you give **% commission or else I will fail the quality check. My mobile number is **********. Please provide me my refund.
