Sancity developer - Complaint against SanCity developer

Good morning
My grievance is against SanCity developers, Bangalore (CEO Mr Vishwa Cariappa. )
In **** one site was booked in my daughter Rati Sankriti’s name for Rs. *,**,***/- to be registered in * years including registration and in **** two more sites were booked in my daughter Reetu Naik’s name for Rs. *,**,***/- and another one in my daughter Rashmi Narayan’s name for Rs. *,**,***/- to be registered in * years in San Gold in Gauribidanur, ** kms from Bangalore.
Sir/Madam, so far nothing has been done but only calls asking us to oat more. We are asking them to return the total amount if Rs. *,**,***/- paid to them and they are not willing to do so.

Kindly help to get back my amount, as I am retired now and not be able to pay anything more. I don’t need the sites anymore as it’s already * years now that they have been promising and not doing anything about it.
