I Bina Choudhary, membership number ************ of Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Limited where i purchased two certificate i.e ************ and ************., already matured on **-**-**** and claim application form forwarded on **-**-****. But my application got rejected and a message received from your side to resumite again. But now till date, the resubmission form is NOT accepted on your website.
Below I am attaching all the required documents. Please do the needful.
