Safe express courier - Complaint against safe express courier Patner

I am serving in Indian Army since**oct ****.When I was retired my luggage along with my moving allowance documents has been sent through courier ( Safe Express Courier) Then I reach home after ** days Courier will arrive on the spot with the presence of courier person I seen that my box was broken and my document and some Valuable item is missing in that box and it is broken. I also told courier party but they are very careless and they don't get any response and told me that you call courier complaint cell So Please ensure and taken necessary action against safe express courier and gave me my money that are valuable for my life.All courier details will be given below
