Razorhost - Complaint Against Razorhost

I purchased a web hosting service from Razorhost. Within one hour of setting up a basic WordPress installation with minimal plugins, the server performance became very poor and unstable.

The service suffered from extremely slow response times, frequent downtime, and overall inaccessibility, making it unfit for its intended purpose. This clearly indicates deficiency in service and unfair trade practices, as the service provided does not match the advertised standards.

Due to these issues, I am unable to use the hosting service at all and have suffered loss of time and productivity.

Relief Sought:

Immediate cancellation of the service
Full refund of the amount paid

If the issue is not resolved promptly, I reserve the right to pursue further legal action before the Consumer Forum India.
