Radcliff labs - Complaint against radcliff labs

I booked tests for my ** year old son ekaagra as he was suffering from some aeriois viral rashes and fever.doctors suspected dengue...i gave *** rs for tests...they took money and sample and now they r not giving reports. Its been more than * days .though they assure to give report within ** hrs.no one picks call at customer care.amd they r nietjer giving me reports nor they r refunding my money.i have gone through so much stress coz i m worried about my sons platelet count in case he is dengue positive. It is such a big negligence anf fraud.bkindly help me...they took ** ml blood of my son my son was under suffering.we r tensed and now we dont have report. We cant reprick his hand for test as both his hands r injured now because of pricks.he is a small child plz help me from this fraud lab.
