Pw Skills - Complaint Against PW Skills for Misselling Course and Not Providing Refund

My name is Pankaj Kumar.I got a call for a Data Analysts course in which I was interested and I opted for it.

Then after I made the payment, I did not receive any calls, messages or any information about how to do the course.It has been * months since this happened and I, a poor man, have been paying EMIs for * months.

But I want to cancel the course now but when I talked to the customer care they said that there is no refund policy, whereas the agent had told me that if you want to cancel it later then you can do it.Therefore, I request you to kindly cancel my course and refund me.
