I go to this shop and brought */* kg chicken biryani package . But they didn’t respond me and get ignored my order . After many attempts they did respond me and specifically they have children’s in their shop who’s are working their and when i ask them why the children’s was here they told me they are new ones and then i told the workers to do packaged my whole items and accessories which given with that order , then one item is over their . So i told them please do some adjustments and give me my order completely. Then one of them worker go their so called kitchen . Where they are make the food (biryani) . He took naked hand in the empty utensil and scratch the bottom and going to packaged that stuff for my eating . At that time I’m watching them so i should go there and told strictly don't packaged that stuff in my food . *-* times they do same mistakes, they give me incomplete meal to me and then i again reached their, they starting drama ohh shit anyone don’t know how we forget that and promised me that mistake doesn’t repeat again . But this time i’m angry on for their kitchen, where they make the food everry thing is open and not any safety majors got followed by them . The floor and utensils are opened and making in open space just on the road side . All dirt and pollution were came easily and they don’t follow any cleaning procedures because all the floor and walls are dirlty infact roof was full of dust and spider web in corner in wall of that so called kitchen. They don’t follow any guidelines of fssai . They playing with their costumes life’s . Which are children, adults , male - female etc . I want you to do inspection on that shop and all near by shops in najafgarh - Gurgaon road , because this situation is seen in **% restaurants and small food corners, dhaba .
