Respected Team,
I am writing to file a consumer complaint against Parimatch India, an online betting platform operated by Castianes B.V., registered under Curaçao eGaming License. I have been a verified user of their platform, and my account was classified as a VIP account during the period in question.
Complaint Summary:
Between March **, ****, and July **, ****, I made ** withdrawal requests from my Parimatch account totaling ₹**,**,*** INR. Every one of these withdrawals was marked “Completed” on their platform. However, none of the funds were credited to my bank account (Axis Bank India).
What I Did:
I contacted Parimatch support several times over months.
I provided them with a signed, physically stamped bank statement from Axis Bank clearly showing that none of the mentioned transactions were credited.
I asked for UTR numbers or transaction references multiple times, which they never provided.
Instead of helping, Parimatch closed tickets citing the age of transactions, threatened account suspension if I pursued legal action, and ultimately blocked my account without refund.
Current Status:
No funds received.
Account forcibly closed by Parimatch.
No willingness from their side to provide proof of transaction.
Mental trauma and financial distress caused.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund of ₹**,**,*** INR to my Axis Bank account.
Compensation for mental stress and delay.
Written apology from Parimatch or their operator Castianes B.V.
Strict legal action for negligence and misuse of customer trust.
