Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Shilpa Kondreddy from Nandyal, belonging to a poor background family, am filing a complaint against *Mr. Rahul Attuluri CEO of NxtWave* and Jodo Flex payment the financial partner associated with NxtWave, for their fraudulent practices, lack of transparency, and breach of trust.

On *May **, ***** I enrolled in the Full Stack course offered by NxtWave. During the admission process, the NxtWave team urgently asked for my father’s KYC documents and bank statements. Within a few minutes, without verifying income proof such as salary slips or business documents, a loan was processed in my father's name through Jodo Flex payment. No loan-related documents were shared with us at any stage.

Shockingly, the loan amount was credited directly to NxtWave’s account without our consent or any explanation about the loan procedure. We were not informed beforehand about the involvement of Jodo Flex payment or the loan process.

Due to financial hardship, I had to discontinue the course in June ****. However, we are still being pressured to pay EMI amounts for the loan. Despite several requests to NxtWave to cancel the admission and associated loan, the management has refused, citing their internal policies.
This is a clear case of fraud, misrepresentation, and exploitation, especially of students from economically weaker sections. I request immediate intervention and support in the following:

*. Cancel the loan issued under my father's name through Jodo Flex payment.
*. Cancel my course admission with NxtWave.
*. Initiate strict action against NxtWave and Jodo Flex installment for unethical and unlawful behavior.
