Berlin Ergonomics Chair - Complaint Against NonResponse False Commitments and Failure to Cancel Order No

Dear Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding the handling of my recent order (Order No. SH*****) for the Berlin Ergonomics Chair C***.

Despite informing your representative, Mr. Durvesh Pardale, well in advance of dispatch, requesting cancellation of the order, my request was deliberately ignored. What is even more concerning is the repeated false assurances and unfulfilled promises that followed.
It is unacceptable and unprofessional for a company of your stature to:
Ignore prior cancellation requests

Provide no official confirmation or follow-up

Continue dispatch processes against the customer’s explicit instructions

Repeatedly mislead a customer with false commitments and non-responsiveness

This is not only a case of poor service, but it borders on deceptive business practice. I strongly condemn the way this matter has been handled, particularly the conduct of Mr. Durvesh Pardale, who kept making one excuse after another, showing blatant disregard for my concerns.

I demand:

Immediate cancellation of Order No. SH***** (if not already delivered).

A full written explanation and accountability for the false information provided.

A formal apology for the inconvenience, delay, and misleading communication.

Full refund (if payment has been deducted), without any delay or deduction.

Should there be no satisfactory resolution within * business days, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to:

Consumer grievance portals,

Public forums and social media platforms,

Legal redressal avenues under the Consumer Protection Act.

I expect a prompt and sincere response to this communication. Your failure to act responsibly thus far has severely affected your brand’s credibility in my eyes.
