I had sought a mobile number analysis report from Ms Manisha Pahuja on */*/**** for which I was directed by her website to pay Rs.***/- and the amount was paid by me through phonepay. A recept to that effect was also received from her end. Now on contacting her, she is demanding more money for the report citing the reason that the amount shown on the websitef is old and outdated. She is also not ready to refund the amount paid by me. THIS IS GROSS CHEATING. Please help me in obtaining refund if my koney from her.
