Avi Logistics Packers Movers Private Limited - Complaint against movers and packers

i booked my house hold items through one pakcers and movers company named Avi Logistics Packers & Movers Private Limited on ** June from Hyderabad to Delhi. The owner of the company told me to give money **% at the time of booking and **% at the time of delivery. All packing and dismentalling and installation was all included in that price. They promised me to deliver my items within */*. As while booking my Delhi address was not confirmed so I asked them can you keep my items */* days in your warehouse as i need to search new house in Delhi. He ( Shahsi ) agreed on that. After moving from hyderabad to Delhi we look out for a flat and gave him that address on ** June and asked to deliver the items now. He acknowledged. After several follow ups i came to know that my items are still in Hyderabad and these items start moving on *th July. Now Shashi told me that unless you paid full amount truck will not move from Hyderabad. So I made full payment. Driver told me that with in * days he will deliver my items. After ** of started Driver told me that he is standing at Nagpur and will not move from here as he hasn't got the money from the transporter. again after several calls and followups truck started. After ** hrs. driver told me that he is in Jhansi and his truck got break down. so it will take time. Again after ** hrs driver told me that he start moving and will reach to me by * AM to Delhi at my end. * AM I got a call from driver and he said that i am near by Faridabad but i will not come to you and i am going to Manesar as i have another delivery. After all these instances i went to Delhi police in Govind puri thana and booked my complaint there. ASI Mr. Ram Avtar helped me and talked with Sashi and truck driver and gave me assurance that wait for * more day they will deliver. Next day ASI mr. Ram Avtar called me by him self and said that Driver informed him that he is in Delhi and with in * hr he will deliver the material and it was * PM at that time but i need to arrange labours for it as they will not do it. * PM driver called me and said that he is unable to locate my location and asked me to guide. I guided him but he said that now it is no Entry in Delhi so once No entry will be open then he will come to me around ** PM, I called driver @ **:** PM to check if he has started or not, then driver informed me that his truck's tyre got punctured and told me if i need my items then i have to book another truck and get my item from him. near Delhi border or i should wait till his truck gets repaired. I said ok get your truck repaired and come to me waht ever time it would be. I will wait. * AM i got a call that he reached my location and asked me to arrange the labour. As * AM i could not find the labour so I asked driver to wait for some time. * AM i found labours and get my item,s delivered. At the time of Delivery i found my dining table made up of glass was completely crushed. and my Diwan bed was also damaged badly that it is no more available for use. I called transported Shashi that my items has been damaged then he said that we have insurance and will get it claimed. But now neither that owner Shashi ( ********** ) nor the person who took my items ( Madan - ********** ) nor driver Satya Singh ( ********** ) responding my call and not helping in getting claim.
