New royal travels - COMPLAINT AGAINST MAKEMYTRIP AND NEW ROYAL TRAVELS

Respected Sir/ madam,
I am Yogesh Vishwanath Kakde giving complaint against makemytrip and New royal travels. I was booked a ticket to travel from aurangabad (MH) to nagpur (MH) through app makemytrip, ticket enclosed, PFA.
On journey date i.e. * September ****, I got call from new royal travel operator from pune (Mobile no.**********) nad operator said that the Bus had cancelled due to some reason & he assured me that refund amount of ticket rs **** will be credit to my account. The. I booked another travel and went to nagpur.

After some days when refund not credited to my account I was making continuously follow up to the operator of new royal travel (mob no.**********) but he gave unsatisfactory reply and when I persuade for refund he gave me head office/refund department's contact detail (Mob no.**********) and said to send a copy of ticket to head office number and made follow up for refund, then I sent ticket to new contact no. (Mob no.**********)and contacted with him(head office refund department) he assured that amount will credit within * days, after * days I checked my account and as amount was not credited to my account he again gave unsatisfactory reply and said to contact makemytrip. He just ignoring us to loot our amount rs ****.
When I tried to contact makemytrip, there found no any option to talk with their customer care. When I booked complaint through the app There is not any reply from make my trip, I also sent mail to malemytrip no any reply from their side.

Sir I request you to please look into the matter and help us to resolve our complaint.

Their might another consumer complaints buy people are ignoring due to hectic process of complaints,

Loots doing by makemytrip/ new royal travels need to be stop urgently.

So I again request please solve our problem.
