Tata Motor - COMPLAINT AGAINST M S M J MOVER TATA AUTHOISED SERVICE CENTRE NH2 PALASHDIHA DISTT PASCHIM BRDHAMAN

On **.**.**** at about **:** hrs due to suddenly rear left Tyre blast my Car rolled over left and the car got damaged. When I was going to my native place i.e. Payradanga under Ranaghat Police Staton from Asansol alongwith my family the accident was held at near L&T more NH-*, Durgapur but only god saved us, not any major injured reported. I was puzzled at that time although immediately I had informed to Insurance Coy. i.e. M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd at *:** am to Mr. Sukanta Prodhan and saved as the name of Bajaj Insurance to my mobile and than to customer care toll free No.*********** at *:**am but due to no reply from the Insurance Coy. that time. I Called to Mr. Prabir Barua, GM(Service) of M/s M.J. Mover at about *:**am and expressed about my accident and also requested to called the Insurance Coy. that they were not replying to me at that time he assured that “don’t worry I will manage all the matter about claiming the insurance” and he requested to hand over the damaged car immediately to their Service Station i.e. M/s M.J. Mover. I also diled *** to assistance and accordingly the Police came to the spot and I requested to the Police to release my Car for further repairing and on request with a written application to I/C Kanksa Police Station (nearest Police Station) the Police enquired the spot verification and found that no loss of men and other vehicles nearby area and released the Car (copy enclosed) on the same day and I handed over the car to M/s M.J. Mover.
Accordingly, the representative of M/s M.J. Mover had completed Motor insurance Claim Form on **.**.**** and I also submitted required documents and claimed made after a lapse of ** days i.e on **.**.**** and issued vide claim No.OC-**-****-****-********, Policy No.OG-**-****-****-********. But the M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd my claim stands repudiated due to the following reasons :-
*. ** days late intimation – provided by M/s M J Mover
*. False Driver information – provided by M/s M J Mover
It is intimated that due to misguide of M/s M J Mover, TATA authorised service centre, NH-*, Palashdiha, Distt- Paschim Bardhaman, Asansol-******(W.B) my claim of appx. estimated Rs.* Lakh for repairing of my damaged Car is held up from **.**.****.
I don’t know the TATA Coy. why authorized or approached to that type of authorized service centre as well as Insurance Coy. As per RTO Rule the Insurance is mandatory and this type of Insurance Coy. misusing the rules. In that situation I don’t know what can I do. My dream Car purchased with getting SBI loan and paying monthly EMI and unable to pay now Rs.* lakh as repairing charges. I also informed the matter to Regional Manager(Eastern Region), but not help me about the claim. Also informed to MD TATA Motors Ltd on **.**.**, **.**.**, **.**.** and **.**.** but no any reply received from the MD TATA Motors Ltd till date.
