Satish Cable and Internet service - Complaint against local cable operator

I have paid the whole year cable amount of Rs ****/- to Satish Cable and Internet service, Ghatkopar west. But from this year this person has started acting weir and my cable was not working for three months in March, April and May ****. We complained to him in the start of the month of March **** but
he did not attend the complaint even after several calls to him. Later as we were supposed to go on vacation for ** days we decided to come back and then see what has to be done. After coming back in March end the cable was still not working and we again had to pester this cable person to come and see the problem. He came and attended the complaint in mid April only to say that there was a fault with my television set and the same needs to be repaired. We then called the Samsung person who took his service charges of visiting only to inform us that there was nothing wrong with my television but the fault was in the cable wire or something. Then again the agony of calling this person started who finally attended the complaint in Mid May ****. Again then in the start of June from *rd to *th june the cable stopped working and he did not attend any calls of ours. Infact he has blocked our numbers and hence I had to call him from a landline number. Then i sent him a message saying that if he does not start the cable then i would complaint to the consumer court. only after this he started the cable. Now again since Sunday *th july the cable is not working and our numbers are still blocked. I have sent him messages since Sunday but there is no response nor has the cable started.
All this inspite of me paying the full year charges in advance. i wish to make a compalint against Mr. Satish for the mental and monetary harassment I and my aged mother are suffering from. Request you to please look into this matter.
