Sourabh Mundhe filed complaint against Kwabey com on May 19, 2026
I placed two prepaid orders on Kwabey.com through PhonePe UPI payment. Both orders were cancelled successfully, but instead of refunding the amount back to my original bank account, the merchant added the refund amount to their internal wallet.
Order IDs:

- ******* – ₹***
Total refund amount stuck: ₹****
Whenever I try to use the wallet balance, the website repeatedly shows the error:
“Technical wallet error. Try again after sometime.”
Due to this issue, my refund amount has become inaccessible. I contacted PhonePe support and Canara Bank multiple times, but no proper resolution has been provided. PhonePe redirected me to the bank, while the bank has not responded effectively.
I also observed that many other customers online are reportedly facing similar refund/wallet issues with the same platform.
I request immediate refund of ₹**** back to my original payment source/bank account and appropriate action regarding deficiency in service and unfair refund handling practices.
