Joel Joseph filed complaint against Real Me on Jul 28, 2021
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: My real me TV ** inch.
The issue that I have experienced was: On the *rd week of June, TV display was showing colour full lines and wasn't functioning.(Volume sounds were working) meaning it was only a display issue without any physical damage. I filed a complaint with the manufacturer ie real me. They sent a technician who advised will get the update from real me. They declined service and stated there's a Accidental Damage and asked me to get in touch with Jeeves (Authorised partner of Flipkart) I contacted Jeeves who registered my complaint on the *nd of July and assured me a technician will visit in */* business days. However, no email/text about the technician visit and Jeeves kept delaying it without any reason. After * weeks they advised me there's a Accidental Damage to which I said there is no evidence to proof this. After making several follow up's through email/call they said they will refund **% of the purchase amount Product invoice purchased value: INR ***** Applied depreciation value: INR ****.* Final value (Post Depreciation ) : INR ****.*. Wherein their terms and conditions clearly says. Refund, Repair or Replacement. However, they only offered me **% refund which I feel is unfair trade practices as they might sell the same TV which is mine to some other consumer to save their cost. To cut the long story short: I then contacted Flipkart grivance team who is delaying it as even they're not getting any response from Jeeves. Moreover, I had a call from Jeeves Technician who clearly told me my claim as been approved for Panel replacement/repair without any fee, but when I contact Jeeves customer service they only have refund option. Remedies I am looking for; *: Compensation for Mental Agony. *: Repair free of charge as promised to me by Jeeves
