I had ordered a kurti from the Instagram account “ssbotique_official” on *th February **** and paid Rs. **** for the same.
After making the payment, I repeatedly contacted them through Instagram messages regarding my order status. However, they neither provided any Order ID nor shared any shipment or delivery update.
Later, I contacted them through WhatsApp as well, but they continued to ignore my requests and failed to provide any proper response. Recently, they blocked me on Instagram and are now neither answering my calls nor replying to my messages.
This behavior appears to be fraudulent and amounts to cheating and deficiency in service. I request an immediate refund of Rs. **** or delivery of the ordered product within ** days
